Indeed, when receiving the DTG printed products,
some of them might have a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue.
This would be expected, as it’s from a fixation agent applied during the
printing process, and it’s not permanent. It
helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake
off the garment. Please note that it's used for all DTG prints across the industry, however, neither the residue nor the smell is permanent, and both should go away after the first wash.

As of 12/31/23 majority of our merchandise is produced utilizing a print on demand method. However, we do hold inventory of our more popular and best selling items.

We encourage that before you make your purchase you utilize the size guides attached to gauge what size might fit you best. If you receive your order and your items do not fit, we will do the best we can to make sure you are best supported.

Depending on the shipment location (Print on Demand Location or Bad Product Warehouse) the average order to delivery timeline is 5-7 business days.
